Returning unwanted Items
We understand that sometimes a product is not suitable and you may need to return it. All we ask is that you send the item back in a re-saleable condition, with the packaging unopened.
In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000, any product returned unopened, unused and undamaged is entitled to a refund. minus the cost of the original P&P. We may refuse returns that do not adhere to this.
Cancelling your order
We must be informed of your intention to cancel within fourteen days following receipt of goods and once you have informed us of your decision to return the goods under DSR, you have a further seven working days to do so at your own expense.
You have a right to cancel your order before it is dispatched by us or within fourteen working days after the date of delivery. You may do so by notifying us via phone or emailing us at email@example.com, quoting your order reference number, name and address and reasons for cancellation. We will refund you the full cost of the unwanted item/s within seven working days. Once you receive the cancelled order please return the item back to us within seven days of receiving the parcel.
Damaged & faulty items
Genuinely faulty goods will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the product’s warranty following an inspection.
Except in the case of damaged or faulty items the responsibility of return costs lies solely with the buyer, and should be done so with a reliable courier service who are experienced in handling fragile items.
This right of cancellation does not apply where goods are specifically made to your specification or personalized at your request, have been unpackaged or tampered with in any way.
After fourteen days from the day after the goods have been received, you will not be able to cancel the order.
